Mark

Mark

Mark has been a professional barber since 1995, with expertise in cutting all hair types, whether traditional or modern styles. His passion for the craft has allowed him to perfect his skills over the decades, ensuring each client leaves his chair looking sharp. In 2017, Mark founded Scissors Barbers, where he continues to provide top-quality grooming services to a loyal clientele.

Beyond barbering, Mark is a huge music enthusiast, with Blur and The Beatles being his favorite bands. He’s also a dedicated cyclist & Arsenal fan, with Thierry Henry standing out as his all-time favorite player.

Matty

Matty

Matty has been cutting hair since 2017 and has been refining his craft at scissors barbers since 2020 when he joined the team. Since joining Matty has become best known for his versatility in styles and finishes of traditional and modern hair cuts and prides himself in keeping up with what’s trending in the world of hair. 

Matty has grown up around the barbershop scene, having formally worked on the weekends in other shops cleaning when younger he’s no stranger to a good chat that’s why You will always find him with a smile on his face. Matty’s meticulousness is one of his best assets and his deep passion for barbering is clear in his work and can be seen with his intricate eye for detail in his fades and finishing. Matty is hard working and genuinely loves what he does and it shows as he’s becoming one of the busiest barbers in the shop.

Away from the chair, Matty enjoys travelling to country’s to find the cheapest football match and beer about. He’s a Chelsea fan at heart but has found himself in countries like Serbia, Italy and Germany watching football games. Matty is an avid chef and occasionally cooks for the staff in the shop. He enjoys playing basketball and football but his heart truly lies in anything and everything Italian. He’s travelled almost over 10 cities and one day hopes to see them all.

Louis

Louis

Louis has been with us since the very start of his barbering journey back in 2022. Despite being only young, it was clear from the outset that Louis had found his passion in cutting hair, with this reflecting in the skill he possesses, producing high level haircuts to each and every individual that sits in his chair. Louis also has a devotion to social media, showcasing his work and building himself a brand not only within the local area, but in the industry as a whole.

Away from the shop, Louis is an avid football fan, and when hes not playing, he is watching Chelsea at any and every given opportunity. Louis also loves to travel, and intends to travel the worlds most thrilling places in the years to come.

Elle

Since joining the team in 2023 Elle has become a vital part of the shop, bringing energy and feel good vibes along with her. She saught to enhance her already sharpened skills upon her arrival at Scissors barbers and has done just that! Having one of the quickest growing followings in the shop she has settled into the shop in no time. Elle shines through her meticulous methods of cutting hair, ensuring each and every customer is well catered to and for! 

 

If Elle is not cutting in the shop, you can find her either watching her beloved Spurs or at any music gig going. Failing that shes at home with her cats and a cup of tea!
